Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At SG, we are committed to delivering top-quality cricket equipment, sports apparel, and footwear, trusted by athletes worldwide. While we do not offer returns, we ensure a fair and transparent exchange and replacement process under specific conditions to enhance your shopping experience.

 EXCHANGE REQUEST PROCESS

  1. Click "Raise an Exchange Request" on the website footer
  2. Upload the required images, invoice, and unboxing video
  3. SG team will respond within 24–36 working hours
  4. If approved, hand over the product to the pickup agent or courier it (as instructed)
  5. After inspection, exchange will be processed and shipped accordingly

By placing an order on the SG website, you agree to the following terms:

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns. Exchanges or replacements are allowed only under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Damaged or defective product (must be supported with a 360-degree unboxing video at the time of package opening)
  • Manufacturing defect, as per the brand’s policy and quality control standards
  • Size issues (only for unused, unwashed items)

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 5 calendar days of delivery
  • Product must be in unused condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice
  • Exchange is allowed only for same or higher-value items (subject to availability); the customer must pay the price difference if applicable
  • Products only  up to ₹39,999 MRP are eligible for exchange under standard conditions including size issue, incorrect shipment, or manufacturing defect
  • Exchange is subject to SG’s internal quality assessment
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pin code, the customer must self-courier the product to the address provided by SG via support@sgretail.in
  • Unauthorized returns or shipments without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed — exchanged items are not eligible for further exchange.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to support any exchange request.
  • Do not place the product (Specially Apparel) on the floor or in dusty areas.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Inner-wear (e.g., sports bras, abdominal guards, Skin Fit, Compressions)
  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Products without original packaging/tag
  • Do not place the product on the floor or in dusty areas.

The exchange request may be declined if the required information and images are not provided. The exchange request cannot be re-submitted if it is declined due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.

Black Friday / End of Season Sale (EOSS) Policy

  • Please note that orders placed during Black Friday events are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
  • GT and LSG product range are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
  • Only clothing and footwear items are eligible for exchange, and that too only in case of a size issue.
    An exchange will be processed only if the required size is available in stock.
  • No exchanges or returns will be accepted for any other reason.

2. HIGH-VALUE PRODUCT EXCHANGE (₹40,000 & Above)

Exchanges on high-value items will be accepted only under these circumstances:

  • Verified manufacturing defect
  • Major damage during transit (unboxing video mandatory)
  • Wrong item delivered

 An unboxing video is mandatory to support any exchange request for high-value items.

3. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

To safeguard your order from transit damage and ensure authenticity:

  • Please record a 360-degree unboxing video as you open the package.
  • The video must clearly capture the sealed package and product condition
  • This must be submitted within 18 hours of delivery
  • Only claims supported with the unboxing video will be considered for exchange or replacement

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • If cancelled after shipping, a one-way courier fee will be deducted from your refund

  • No cancellations are processed on Sundays or National Holidays
