Refund policy

*Unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods can be returned to SG via our self-service returns centre up to 30 days from receipt of your order. Products returned in original packing  will be valid for full refund or exchange.

*We offer a 6-month guarantee on most products (excluding goods designed for short-term maximized performance, such as premium match balls for example), within a fair wear and tear policy. The fault must be verified by us prior to any refund or replacement product being offered.

Return policy

*If you have received any Faulty and Damaged Apparel / Shoes  from our end then you can exchange the same after the return verification from the company.

*We are not responsible for any loss or damage of goods that occurs during return shipping. Should any cases of loss or damage arise during a return, the sender would need to raise their claims with their chosen shipping service provider.

*For general returns insides of the India, the cost of return will be borne by the senders, and we will be unable to refund the original delivery charge unless the product is faulty or not supplied as ordered.

* No exchanges on Apparels will be bornw by company, request you to refer the size chart before ordering.

*For any fault or damaged goods claims please contact us – @ customersupport@teamsg.in– if goods are returned without contact we will not be able to refund your return shipping costs.
